Indicators of Effective Outcomes- This dashboard presents year-over-year comparisons for SRJC’s Indicators of Institutional Effectiveness, including: Completion Goals within 3 Years (Degree, Transfer, CCCCO Certificate), Completion of Math and English within the First Year, New Student Term-to-Term and Year-to-Year Persistence, and Successful Course Completion Rates. All indicators are disaggregated by Full-Time/Part-Time status, Ethnicity, Gender, First-Generation status, and Economically Disadvantage to support equity-focused analysis.

2025–26 Student Ethnicity & Identity
Explores how SRJC students identify across racial and ethnic groups and how those identities are represented under different reporting methods. The dashboard compares traditional unduplicated reporting with expanded ethnicity data, including the identities of students classified as Multi-Ethnicity. It also provides detailed ethnicity information within each aggregate group, offering a more complete view of the racial and ethnic identities represented among SRJC students.

Headcount Comparison- Student headcounts by term, alongside percentage change from the same term of the previous year. Users are able to filter by student demographic characteristics as well as by course location and time (day/night).
